I'm reading a very interesting trilogy right now, by Don Miguel Ruiz. The Four Agreements: Toltec Wisdom Collection. In these books, Señor Ruiz voices a concept that I have heard in the past from other teachers, that in truth there are actually only two emotions: love and fear. All other emotions are based on, and subsets of, these two.
Therefore, in 2009, I wish you all Love. May each situation you face be judged in light of whether love or fear is predominant in your hearts, and may you always be able to shift your emotions into the track of love. By doing this, we walk forth in 2009 creating, together, a better world for all.
Gift Certificates:
The holiday gift certificate special has ended. Of course, gift certificates are always available at the regular session rate of $30/half hour session. There is, however, a special rate for anyone who orders three or more at one time. Ordering 3 or more gift certificates will reduce the cost per session to the "old" individual session rate of $25/session. Therefore one Gift Certificate will be $30, two will be $60, but three will be available for $75, with increments of $25 per certificate over three. Gift certificates are non-returnable, and they are valid for one full year from the purchase date. Once payment is received, your gift certificates will be sent via email as a PDF attachment (Acrobat Reader required to open and print) unless otherwise requested, so be sure I have a correct e-dress for you. Remember to keep track of your expiration dates. In light of the fact that I was among the missing for over a month, I have extended the expiration date from the 2007 holiday special gift certificates to the 31st of January, 2009. If you haven't yet redeemed your 2007 certificates, therefore, you still have a chance to do so.
Something new for '09 -- Facebook:
I've created a presence on the Facebook social network. If you would like to join me there, please click here to visit the page, and select to become a "Fan". In addition to links to the blog/e-news archives, there is a discussion forum, and places where Fans can upload photos and videos if they wish. I look forward to this new venue for keeping in touch with my animal friends and the humans who love them.

There certainly have been some unique challenges in my life, as in many of your own, and your support has been a true treasure. May we use the experiences of the past as tools toward a brighter future, and always remember that it is Love that empowers us to grow.
